this isnt meant to remove limescale or water marks to begin with. this is just like any other glass cleaner. the marks you have on your car are hard water marks and will need a limescale removing liquid with mechanical buffing

Lubna you are correct but my point is simple. When you do shampoo wash or foam wash your car then your windshield too get cleaned and rest of the time the wiper along with the wiper solution is good enough to clean the glass. So when I am investigating money to buy a product which can only clean the glass and nothing else then obviously as a customer I want some extra apart from just normal cleaning which by the way the being done vai those methods which I said above without any cost or further investment.

The windshield of my VW car has developed scratche marks owing to the defective wiper. Please advise if this can be removed? If yes, how this can be done? VW workshops don't provide such expertise.

A scratch on the glass cannot be removed. If you try to fix it, it will become worse. Drive along with or go for a change. Sorry for your lose.

@@gebforyou i thank you for your reply. Someone suggested, buffering removes scratch marks from stainless steel vessels, similarly, this method could address the issue. Any idea?

Buff with cerium oxide using a polishing machine. it will remove all the minor scratches due to wiper blade

Yes. But graphene coating on windshield and windows is better, as it works better. On body you can do PPF for best results. But for low budget use ceramic coating. But do it in a detailing shop.

It's not designed to remove hard water stains, why are you expecting that out of this product? It's just a glass cleaner!

Because it is specialized in car glass cleaning not for households goods. And such water marking is very common in Car windshield and rare glass. Otherwise one should buy Colin or other cheaper glass cleaner.
