Please make 5 key points which was discussed in management meetings, immediately on the second Day Discuss that point to immediate juniors. Give them clear details communication, convey next week working plan & convey I will come and discuss same point and verify the implementation. Took feedback on implementation from MR , AS WELL AS ASK HIM LEARNING from FLM, SLM & ZM . 2. Time management 50 % on immediate Reportee , than 30% on subordinate 20% on downline . Dear Sir, thanks for the great leadership and being the great mentor of my carrier. From this video, I learnt that: 1. My time allocation to my juniors should be almost equal. 2. Top managers should reduce their universe to few limited people for effective implementation of H.O. strategies, then should the check the intensity of propagation of the message to lower levels and should take feedback fom the field. 3. Respected Sir, My 3 learning from the video are 1. When the role of a person changes, the goal of a person should also change. At the level of RMs we should followup regarding the strategy implementation, TP follow, Incentives calculation, Stockist secondry vs closing stock etc 2. As a manager we should be very prompt in implementing the key points of the meeting, we cannot go everywhere to inform the things rather we should reduce our direct universe of 50% immediate down line, 30% second down line and 20% 3rd down line. 3. We should always be maker and checkers... Implement the things in the field and always tries to ask the feedback at med rep level about the outcome. 4. Discipline and Upgardation of self and team is the key to success. Heart working always pays. 5. We should always focus on new brands, power brands, incremental sales trend.
