This vide shows Mira doing some hindquarter yields as a warm up and checking for soundness. There is limited give through the rip cage and she rests her hindleg. Anticlock wise you will see an improvement.
In the riding the tension is shown again clockwise. howver it gratually improves.

Why omit the part showing how to get on the horse?

thank you for your message. I guess the focus was on hindquarter yield and circles so getting on the horse wasn't the topic to cover. Happy to do a video on how to get on a horse as it is certainly a very good topic and one not to be underestimated.
