but in case on rule 1 , the property purchased by a women , after her death goes to her S & D & H, is it was in equal share? mean is it equally goes to her husband and daughter(even after married) and if the property was purchased by her daughter, in her mothers name , then after death of her mother ,,,is the property goes equally to her daughter and husband? or it come back to her daughter?

Madam i have one doubt......suppose one women have separate self acqired property....and she had no husband and no child.....after her death.... property will devolve upon which ..... ((husband's heir or her father's heir !!! )))
