This man is extremely abusive towards people who don't agree with him. His Twitter page shows the man's dark side. Gosh, he is a horrible human being. He also peddles his own version of things which are highly questionable!

This devdutt gets corrected/trolled for his fallacies from fact checkers Everytime on Twitter especially from trueindology.

Very nice chat! Hinduism is a way of life. According to me, it's something I feel. It's a feeling of satisfaction, simplicity and inner strength. These feelings make me peaceful naturally. Because I have a chance to explore the infinite, which is beyond words. I feel that, what is Not in my culture is - Comparison, being fiercely competitive, getting stuck in words.

Chandranath Basu had coined the word Hindutva, Sir.

This was very much needed and it's so liberating.

Dear sir(devdutt patnaik), you made one tweet on Hinduism and hindutva. I replied to it you replied back with "very clever" then you blocked me on Twitter. I did not use any foul language and my sole intention was to learn. My tweet didn't ridicule anyone. It was a logical reply out of all that I know. I perceived it differently as if you think me not as a person but an opponent or something. Mai neta nhi hu citizen hu. I followed you on Twitter in order to learn more. It was a bad experience.

How the Temple in Puri still standing? Now as per Devdutt ji's own disclosure because people found ways and protected themselves. The ways and method changes as per time and social realty . As per him , Building a massive temple was the method adopted to keep invaders away in 12th century, so erecting the temple was more a political decision right ? Similarly Hindutva is one of that way conceived based on 21st century requirement to protect Hindu culture and its geography after partition of India on religious lines. What the then Odiya king did is the same, basically in different form as suitable in 12th century to protect Orissa from Islamic invasion and Oriya people succeeded actually. Cultural and demographic change is real modern times , get up !

We are more emotionally charged and we rely basically on emotions rather than facts, which leads to conflicts

Now that's the kind of guest I was hopin for taklya. Funny because of you, and informative because of the guest. Also, in this climate of religious fanatism thrust upon the youth from all sides, it would be embarrassing for me, a Hindu, to accept my beliefs in front of my friends who consider it evil ( they have good reasons in certain a bhagwa dhaaris in politics) .
