The cleaning solvent put on old liners, the solvent getting on the practically dry crankshaft with new bearings, didn't torque the mains or rods, & that's a good job? Remind me to never take my trucks to your shop!

the manuals are a good place to get torque and many other engine specifications to ensure that the engine will run properly. parts need to be more than cleaned, they need to be measured and inspected. This get get them by for another year or two and they will have a repeat customer. Not putting these guys down. They do the absolute best with what they have

5 guys, $1 an hour, 3 hours. Made in P parts - gaskets $10, piston and liner set $100, extra bits, $10 = $135. $200 total makes for a nice profit. Excellent vid.

@@sameedakram3939 They would start out at around $60k per year U.S. dollar's. Plus full benefits like medical care, paid vacation time every year. You get paid for Holidays that you don't have to work. Overtime can put you at about $40 dollar's an hour or more when worked over 40 hours in a 7 day week. Plus a 401k retirement fund. I agree I never ever see a torque wrench. I guess they have one in there arm. Or everything gets as tight as you can. The bigger bolts get a 4foot cheater pipe. They Don't mic. Anything either. This is more of cleaning it up with new bearings and rings. I guess they replaced the sleeves on this one. But didn't use any sealer on the bottom of the sleeves. I would not call this a complete going to get 200k miles out of it. This is more of a freshen up and put some lipstick on it and call it a major overhaul. In my opinion. But they may have not shown everything to. Still impressive my mechanics that work for me would bitch the whole time if they had to work like this. For sure.
