Hello dear, my mother is having cervical disc bulge inc3c4c5c6 from 2 years . The pain is a little less now . I bought a ultrasound machine but dont know how to use what mode will be good for my mother the machine is having 1mhz only and should i use it on the centre bone of neck or on muscles please guide

Namaskar I am Anil from Pune 70 facing leg problems since long time but no one diagnosed correctly and therefore no right exercises I can sit on floor and stand without support, so that my knees are ok 1- My left feet is turned outwards 2-- The left leg isn't straight coz of some bending below knee Coz of these two reasons I can't walk properly Right leg is ok If I stand few seconds my balance would be out I have visited to a PT who's talking all stretching exercise which are in your vedios but coz of that I am not able to walk in home too so stopped his treatment I am doing Quadriceps, Hamstring and Calf stretches but no Hip stretches I will remain very thankful to you if you would tell me root cause and tight exercises
