My dad took me and my brother to see Slipknot when I was 10. And it was fucking amazing! The drum set rose up and had a pentagram on fire! It was magnificent!

This is a mosh pit , what you're talking about is a circle pit , and Alessandro's bass just don't have the headstock with the tuning keys, you tune it on the other side of the bass ,near the pickups

Jimmy Kimmel is not a big fan of Slipknot but Conan O'Brien is. A headless guitar has the tuners at the opposite end. That sir is a mosh-pit and what you are thinking of is a circle-pit.

5:42 that’s actually a bass, and some advantages of having no headstock are that if a tuning peg has a loose screw, or is rusty, it can go out of tune easily and you have to get that fixed. If you don’t have a headstock, you won’t have that problem. Also if you have a headstock it is placed in a position where the string has to bend at the nut to reach the peg, which creates stress on the strings and they are more likely to break.

@@DeadWirePromotions It's actually a Status Graphite, not a Steinberger. He also plays the Signature Bass of the Muse Bassist on some occasions, but that's also made by Status. I was actually looking for a Headless bass and saw this, but i'm still torn between Kiesel, Status and Steinberger ^^

Pits usually have pushing, cyclones and running. If someone is hurting people they normally get their ass kicked. A few band frontmen have called upon the crowd to take care of pit bullies. Plus security had their eyes open for that.

I'm amazed you haven't stumbled upon Of Mice & Men, you should definitely check them out and do a reaction! The songs Defy, and Instincts are good, heavy and melodic. Back To Me is a little lighter but damn good. Do your ears a favor and check them out.

You definitely need to see them live! They are amazing! This year, I decided to splurge a bit and travel to see them instead of seeing them when they came into town. I will be traveling to Des Moines to see them kill it in their hometown. I cannot wait! If you are near Iowa, I would say that you should consider going to that show, if the resale market isn't insane for that show.

I've seen slipknot twice, and frankly that is not enough for me. They have SO much energy live and the crowd can feel it, and once that happens.. all hell breaks loose and it is the best feeling ever. I get goosebumps even thinking about it.. so YES! GO SEE THEM!!

I saw Slipknot live for the first time in Dallas September 5th 2015 the day after my 17th birthday and the last show of the tour highly recommend seeing them live definitely in my top 5 best live performances I've saw so far they're probably #1 right up there with Korn being a really close second and Lamb Of God (who were the other headlining band when I saw Slipknot) are in third but all 3 are amazing live
