The Hired or Fired segment is really something special. Not only does it provide entertainment, but it also let's viewers see that every career has their own important role and impact on our society. It's a clear depiction that any career can be fulfilling and worthwhile as long as we love and enjoy what we do. I'm having dinner as Xenia was gutting the fish. But, I've gutted fish before so I'm not bothered or anything. It's a bit of work, and if you're not careful, you will rupture the gallbladder, which can spoil the fish.
