After school, i used to goto a nearby shop selling those Nintendo game cartridges, you Pay the owner $3 per hour and they let you play the video games, they will have a book to record what time you start playibg and if the police come and check.. they will ask you to say you are a potential buyer and is just "testing out the game" because Pay to Play is illegal and is considered an entertainment license, so they will be caught.. they are only alllowed to sell video games not rent and play service.. It was cheaper than dropping coin after coin to play Street Fighter in an arcade, cos you can pay $3 and play 2 player with a friend, and you enjoy a good game of 1 hour for only $1.50 each..
