It's really not that bad depending on how you use it. I'm usually looking at the market, reading the news, listening to stuff while i work, etc. I've never spent a second on tiktok, don't use Twitter, and so on, but my screen time is high because i use my phone for a lot of stuff i could just do on a PC

If you leave apps open it doubles the screen plus it counts while your phone is in lock mode bc if you check the time on each app it only adds up to half of it
