Atmospheric induction , single cam, and lifter to operate the valve for the burnt gasses to escape Rather nice bike. I have seen one other like it powered by a Budapest single cylinder.

A little keyboard research tells me this bike was manufactured by a Czech company that became Skoda by incorporation.
