This was the first time I watched your video. I really enjoyed it but....you scared me half to death half the time!!! I was so afraid you were going to cave in, or just fall on into one of those holes!!! I was praying, and then telling the Lord it was all over now whether you made it or not!!! LOL Please, please be careful out there! I think I would enjoy something like this, but I don't think the "treasures" would be so great here in the old USA. I loved that big, thick glass flower thing Nick found for you....and then you found that thing and said what a good base it would make....try that flower on it! Unfortunately, the trash we generate usually goes into large compacted dump sites which I doubt what little might be interesting to future diggers, would survive.. Most of what we purchase is packed in plastic and very little of that is recyclable. I currently only recycle 1 and 2 plastic containers in my area in Orange County, California. All of those bottles you see now will eventually be collectible if humans survive. On a happier note, I always appreciate your endeavors, though I would have loved to see more of the blue and white bowl. You actually did find some wonderful little gems today! Hope you two feel better soon.

I think you will find the thing you thought was a pulley is actually an insulator that would have been screwed to a fence post for an electric cattle fence

I think that pulley is a window pulley for raising and lowering a window. They go on the inside of the window frame. Most I have seen are in older construction.

I try to keep a bottle of ear drops from the doctors that is for pain. If he hasn’t been to the dr. Ask them for a prescription of those pain drops for ears. They work so well and they stay for a good period of time as long as they are kept in a cool dark place. So that way they are on hand for any other time someone has a ear ache. Praying for you Mick.
