The US always wins in all foreign wars because the US isn't the country being sanctioned, starved, bombed, destroyed, with millions of deaths due to bombings and starvation and a refugee crisis. As long as the war doesn't come home, the US will always win. It's the rest of the world that loses since they are the ones being bombed, killed, destroyed. US foreign wars is to weaken and destroy all major regional hegemons so that the US can rule the entire world. That's how the US became a regional power at the end of WW1 and the global superpower at the end of WW2 because all the other major powers / rivals destroyed one another while the US was safe and sound thousands of miles away where nothing is destroyed. The rest of the world are actually paying for US military industrial complex and war machine. Since the start of the Korean War back in the 1950's, US foreign wars and military spending are based on printing brand new money supply and since the 1970s when the US dollar was no longer exchangeable by GOLD, the US treasury / bond market became the new GOLD. In other words, the US military was the number one cause of deficit / money borrowing. The US is able to spend so much money on the military due to selling of US treasury to the rest of the world and / or printing brand new money supply. This causes the national debt to go higher so the interest payment on the debt year over year gets higher (this is where your tax dollar comes in, a bigger portion of it being used to pay the interest on the debt) and inflation also rises due to the money printing and borrowing. As long as the US dollar is the world's reserve currency and is used to power 90% of global trade, the US dollar will always be in demand so the US has the exorbitant privilege of printing and selling money and debt throughout the entire world so the entire world is paying for US military spending. The only way to stop this is to slowly remove the US dollar from global trade. No money, no honey.

I'd like to see a list of those countries. NATO has only acted to intervene in two operations, in Serbia and Libya and in both cases to implement UNSCR Resolutions. Furthermore, the operation in Libya also included forces from Sweden, Qatar, UAE and Jordan with the Arab League voting to support and contribute toward the operation to enforce the no-fly zone. No ground troops were involved at any time in implementing the UN Resolution. Nato has never occupied any country in it's 70 odd year history.
