It is NOT Hitachi. IT IS A VOLVO Swing motor. And i bet the problem is a internal oil leak in the hydraulic motor itself. Typial VOLVO problems

At what point does this restoration start? They took it apart, spun the gears, rolled them in the dirt, put them back in the housing(with the worst sealing job I've ever seen), gave the same piece of junk back to the customer, and handed him a bill for all the work they didn't do. Am I tracking?
