I only kill my targetd and almost never change my suit (expect in the last mission it was too hard i made shit pretty much all the time and i couldn't infiltrate there correctly)

it wasn’t up to IOI, for the previous game they had the funding of Square Enix (who also published it), but they then pulled out shortly afterwards and IO got almost bankrupted making Hitman II (they had to lay off like half of their employees it was really sad). Luckily IO did really well off of II and were able to do animatics again and overall be more ambitious with Hitman III and they’re now making a James Bond Game. But yeah TL;DR there aren’t any proper cinematics in Hitman II because IOI almost went bankrupt making it and just couldn’t afford them.

They had stopped working with the company that did that part during this segment of the game 🤷🏿‍♂️

Why is it a downgrade? Because you were used to something different? It's a different approach, a more creative and artistic way in my opinion. It's not necessarily of less quality just because it's not the same way it was before.

It's an abstract artstyle that the cutscenes use. That's why it's like that.

@@boopjack9522 capturing facial emotions and impressions are not cheap lol. Also it takes some weeks to months to finish it for all the characters, even in cutscenes. Especially since this game is singleplayer, it doesnt really matter and gives a more 'these are the evil people' feeling

I feel the same way like 6 maps are too easy besides I can finish it all in less than 3 hours and still not be that Quick,, I belive maps should be way bigger and also we could have more or atleast allow players to make mods

Square Enix dropped them and making the second game (this one) at reduced budget and time constraints. It is disappointing but I love the in-game graphics and levels. Looking forward to the finale 6 months or so from now.

.... It's like the first game, you can play the levels again with different choices so you can easily get many more hours. I plan on showing the other choices in a different video later.

@@FateREDumu no the overall story doesnt change. Only the methods of how 47, you, kill his targets. Also you can try to beat the game with all silent assassin suit only challenges, or on master difficulty (i say you would eat shit but you wont complete it, doing both is even harder, near impossible XD)

İoİ wanted to make a hitman game on its own story. İ say they did a great job writing it. 47 acts more like a human now and has a past with the shadowclient. Also theory is: that 47 is a different clone than the older games maybe? That may be the answer to how this one is different and has a 'childhood'

I usuallly wait for a sale no matter how good the quality of a game is. I've got a large backlog anyway and this game will probably be half price by next year.

are you serious?... do you even know how much work goes into making those maps like a living organism? its not like skyrim that you put 1 mob randomly on the map and let it walk in certain path whit no dialog or reactions to variables... this 4.5 h are more immersive and breath taking than any AAA game out there now... this game should be played on Purist mode all the time, then you would have the 12h gameplay that you crave so much... you people expect story from ME trilogy but its not possible to do in such short time... just look how long it took Witcher 3 to make... plus IO dont have such resources to dump 100 mil $ like its nothing... they not activision or EA that put in MTX to suck out their consumers dry and for that they deserve recognition...so dont talk shit on companies that stil have heart in right place or you will be left only whit companies like EA...

I love hitman gameplay, but there are only so many ways to skin a cat in this game before it gets boring, so anyone with a brain in their head will wait until this game is discounted during the holidays just like in 2016 when they had to drop the price for the full Edition to $49.99 which is what I paid. The backlash from their episodic scam forced them to do so and once the word is out about this NOT SO super immersive and breathtaking game only taking 4.5 hours to complete, they will have to drop the price again. With no effort put into the story and presentation (cutscenes) and with them only worrying about mirror and window reflections, while making other locations from the first game look worse with too much Bloom, they obviously don't give a shit about the consumer. Just go watch Digital Foundarys video about them blathering about IO making the game look better. Most of the commenters say the game looks worse now, and I agree. But your too emotionally connected to IO, so I doubt you will listen to reason.

I'm pretty sure you know by now but I'll aswer that question regardless. Yes, if you buy the full game you will have the full campaign that is shown in this video. There are many different ways to solve the missions and there are many different challenges and objectives to complete. Then there are special targets that are only there for a small amount of time that return every once in a while (like every year or even 2 years) that you can only kill for like 2 days before they disappear. So getting the game includes lots of content not shown in this video. If you meant a full story with "full campaign" then the answer is no. To get the full story you need to play the first game and now the third one too that came out recently. I hope I could help.
