This is quite hard to do, in fact I only got it on the 20th try or so after doing it right just the second time.
There is this little no clipping wall but on that exact place besides these two guards. You have to maneuver around the no clipped space but be very careful or you will end on the corridor downstairs and not on the floor that is much below.
