i went through Absolution in perfect stealth and went for the last mission in open combat with only the silverballers (i got lucky that the first target had handgun ammo)

This scene is great because it doesn't bullshit around how Agent 47 is indestructible during the opening act. No bullets pointlessly miss the bad guys and the stunts and CG just make every kill so satisfying to watch.

True. I am an old fan of the Hitman games and while this is a bit too action-y for 47, it is very enjoyable nonetheless. 47 *can* gun down a lot of enemies action-style but that is not his M.O. All the Rupert Friend scenes of this movie, in which he is just being 47 against 'normal' enemies are good. I think he does a very good job of portraying 47. I think the movie just took too many liberties with the plot and ended up looking stupid, as a whole. Unfortunate. :(

Definitely 47. John Wick was really good and going in guns blazing but 47 is a silent assassin, meaning you only play by his rules. John Wick would have a hard time keeping up in the stealth game.

That music is called point blank in opening fight bear in mind if you do find it and listen to it it may sound different but the reason why that is is to fit the fight scene but it's definitely point blank
