I was a teen when this movie came out and I fell in love with Timothy Olyphant's Agent 47. Still think it's one of the most stylish action movies I have ever watched, thin storyline or not. And that little dragon tattoo on Olga Kurylenko's cheek was so damn mesmerizing. A beautifully made movie and thoroughly entertaining.

To be fair to the movie, it was made not long after Blood Money debuted in 2006, which was the first game in the franchise to introduce accident kills in significant capacity. Those were expanded on post-Absolution in the soft reboot of the modern Hitman games, introducing more and more absurd ways to eliminate targets in staged accidents, which sort of became 47's specialty at that point. But that context wasn't yet there in 2007 when this movie released. Accident kills were by themselves a novelty in the most recent game, but prior to Blood Money the player usually had to strangle, shoot, stab, blow up or poison most of his targets for three games straight. There was far more of that kind of killing than staged accident kills. Which is sort of what 47 does in this movie. So I'm gonna let them slide. But yeah, if ever another Hitman movie was made, it would be interesting to see 47's disguise ability and his capacity to create deadly accidents being the focus.

This might have been the best idea yet. It's unfortunate that the movies have portrayed 47 with emotion. It was better for him to remain emotionless (with the exception of the recent trilogy)

Although this movie wasn't a great adaptation from a Hitman games, it was good movie especially Timothy Olyphant as Agent 47. Also, Olga Kurylenko is beautiful. The only thing I knew her was in Oblivion with Tom Cruise where she played a Russian female character. Unlike Agent 47 movie which instead of 47 being MC, it focus on a Mary Sue character(aka the woman with superpowers🙄).

When HITMAN was questioning Nino The 3rd question was: After I bullet into his head was he able to deliver that speech?? Nino didn't know... Nino then quickly repeated that he has A double but NO. 47 didn't believe her until he saw that tattoo on her face and he ask, "why did you tattoo your face" Nino replied " it's the only place we're Belikov wouldn't hit me so he had A quick flash back of when he was young and tattoo on he right then and there he thought it was A new kind of mark for people like NO. 47.
