If OutsideXbox taught me anything was is that this is a good game.

I've been playing this game episodically since it was released. I've spent so much time revisiting and perfecting methods of completion on every map. It keeps you coming back. There is always something new to try. I seriously recommend this game

Personal opinion! What's missing: -Dark atmosphere -Amazing/chilling music -The briefcase :( -Dual silverballers -Extraordinary-looking targets, like scary or wicked looking ones (good example: the boss from 'Say hello to my little friend' mission from the first one) -The newspaper after mission completed -Cold 47 -Mysterious shady cutscenes -Native languange/accent of the npc's, it ruins the immersiveness when everyone sounds american when you're in Japan And Diana, i miss the radio-voiced Diana who sounded serious and somehow nervous/scared when she spoke, not this clear voiced chill Diana.

Incredible game! I've played the Hitman games for years & the fact that they've focused on the replay aspect is brilliant. The replay value is what makes the series so good, giving you plenty of milage for your money & with the introduction of elusive targets, community made missions & dozens of challenges, this is the best addition to the franchise. I was initially put off by the episodic release approach & waited for the whole season to be released before downloading, however if this is the direction the series is going in, then I can't wait for season 2 to start!

This game is extremely fun. Extremely immersive. Maps are huge and detailed.

This was one of the best games of the year, even if it took it forever to fully release.

I actually like the episodic series. Its hard to get at first but you learn to love it. You really start to appreciate each level at a time and there is so much to do there. Not to mention they improve future levels on player feedback

I would love to see the developer go back to the roots and come out with a Blood Money 2 (working title...obviously). The story was great, had a currency system that worked. Great and unique sandbox missions and the weapon customisation was decent. Also I would love to see a Remastered for Blood Money on Current Gen Consoles! (pssh...my opinion)

I do have complaints about the game but I also love it. I also have a complaint about your video. You say theres hardly any story, but there is, several npcs say things, that later on appear in next episodes, like with the band and band leaders girlfriend "accident" being mentioned in a previous episode, aswell as the lawyer and the Hokkaido female lawyer. Don't be surprised if the band leaders father, Cross, who has an island with high security, becomes an episode in itself. The idea is awesome. Also, in colorado, the sniper guy who you see in previous episodes to, mentions that he knows 47. Also, in Colorado, you find as 47, in the basement, a group whos been watching, from what i gathered, 47 or knew the people he assasinated back in previous hitman games. Theres even pictures of them. How could you have missed that? No offence GR, you guys make good videos, but this one isnt exactly true with the story overall. There is story. you guys still get a like though, just please look into stuff more next time.

blood money is the best hitman game. but this is pretty good.

I found the elusive target system really hard to keep track of. Unless you were checking their facebook page or checking the game every few days then you would miss them. Also they didn't start happening for like two months after the games initial release. They should give people the option to do them all again once they're done with it, maybe on a yearly rotating roster or something.

I hate they did episodes. I'd mush more have liked a disc release.

My best friend owns a trilogy of Hitman Bloodmoney, Hitman Contracts and Hitman 2. We've completed all the games together, only playing when we were both there and with the release of the new Hitman game we were super hyped to play it together.

I just got DOOM and realised I don't care about story if I have a GOOD GAME.

HiTMAN 2016 is amazing, I absolutely love it. I pre-ordered it on the day it was possible and played it from the beginning. For me it provided 380 hours of entertaiment and now with the professional difficulty I'm probably gonna play another 100+ hours more. And the mastery and unlocks really worked well. It's the game HiTMAN needed after the "flop" of Absolution. This is THE Blood Money 2. If you are a HiTMAN fan go and buy it it's really great. And if you are new the HiTMAN this a great game to start with.

My favourite assassination way was using the gas to poison the entire lobby in Bangkok and the one where you meet the target as a drummer. But the stip club assassination from Absolution is still my favourite

I just beat HITMAN yesterday, I played the game itself, but I'm going to try the "patient zero" campaign too. I thoroughly enjoyed it as a game even though I'm a huge fan of the franchise. The graphics were incredible and the gameplay was fluid, no issues with anything. The controls were intuitive and the length was perfect considering the huge amount of chapters on previous games, it was a nice length. The game kept my attention. I found it challenging and rewarding, and the help from the youtube community with walkthrough was personally very appreciated. Those NPCs are really suspicious of you sometimes. My only personal issue with the game (for xbox one) was that instead of the buttons on the screen being generic white with the letter in the center, they should of been coordinated to the controller so it would of made actions quicker like what was done with Hitman Absolution and Mafia 3.

Just bought this game. All Hitman games from Xbox 360 to Xbox One and PlayStation consoles have been my favorite. I didn't​ care to much for the movie but the games are my favorite. Thank you

My favourite way to assassinate a target is with the hammer. If they had allowed a pre-order of the disc version, I would have also used a hammer to destroy the disc. My main complaint was that pre-ordering the game granted you virtually no bonuses, whereas if you waited you get it on sale.

When it comes to games/series I really love, I prefer to get a physical copy. Sometimes I end up with both(usually subscription freebie or 85% sale that saves me from having to swap discs all the time).

Professional mode has really fixed the difficulty problems.

I also wanted to add that playing Hitman the complete first season was like getting a second chance to play Hitman Codename 47 and play from the VERY beginning from training to "graduation". I could never find codename 47 when I started playing the series, I started with Hitman 2 Silent Assassin when I first bought my xbox.

love everything except the Colorado level and how you can only play the extra targets mission once

I bought this game 2 days ago traded it in and now im going to get it again big mistake of me i loved it just needed more levels

I gotta say I loved the first season a lot, the missions were so entertaining and immersive and some even vibrant and unique (especially Sapienza and Hokkaido). Some of the assassination opportunities were just fucking nuts and so diverse, going from pure cloak and dagger assassinations to explosive, lively ones. Also some of the tools and weapons that are at the player's disposal are really interesting and some even realistic, such as the concealable baton, knife and pistol, all the sorts of poisons (both vials and syringes) and explosive items and let's not forget the classic fiber wire, that piece of godly durable string is a saint. Also I just love the Okinawan Tonfa for some odd reason, it looks so strange but badass in the same time. I am honestly really pumped for Season 2 and I'm expecting even better levels, I'm 100% sure that IO Interactive can deliver something even more glorious than this.

I'm going to pick it eventually. The thing about episodic releases, is when the full version is available, you already have new priorities for purchasing.

what do you people think of hitman absolution? i think it was good and i would give it a 8,5/10 how about you people?

Been playing on xbox and ps4 since initial release. It doesn't have an in your face story but once you get past the final location, the plotline is fully revealed. My personal favorite Hitman game although is Silent Assassin but this is a close second followed by Blood Money.

The story is actually very present in this game if you really pay attention to the cutscenes and the conversations some of the npcs have or your targets have that show the over arching story...

I just started playing it and I love it but I’ve been playing the Hitman games since I was a kid. To be frank I’ve never really cared about the story in Hitman games I just come for the unique gameplay. I bought the whole collection on the XBL Market place. I woulda been pissed if I had to buy it episode by episode like when it first released. After I finish this ima start Hitman 2.

hopefully it's not too difficult. I am not a fan of games that are too hard.

Everything about Hitman, whether it be the unrealism or it being realistic, regardless: this is what makes Hitman. I am very happy that they haven't altered much. Because we already have an idea to when things are altered, like call of duty for example.

It should also be noted this game is canonical in the Hitman series as of Ep. 5 Colorado's ending.

I loved Hitman: Absolution, it was my first Hitman game. I'm definitely going to buy this game because I've seen gameplay and it looks amazing. My favourite way to kill someone is by doing the kills set as challenges in the menu, they're creative and fun

Haven't touched it yet, but bought it super cheap on the last psn sale. Will have to hit this up now, didn't realize it was that enjoyable of an experience.

I havent played it myself, im only interested in it because Andy (from outside Xbox) is really into this and he seems like he's good out it. Its fun to watch him, Mike and Jane play so different. The episodic release turned me away from even considering a purchase.

It'd be nice to get a full open world Hitman game but I guess that's not going to happen anytime soon😥.

I would recommend turning off hitman vision, radar and opportunity indicators. Makes it much more immersive and opportunities remain available, there just wont be a big message on the screen telling you that hey that conversation over there could help, you have to just pay attention

I played about 50 hours of this game. The episodic format totally made sense. I didn't even mind replaying the level right after I completed it several times because there are numerous ways to kill the target and the maps are HUGE. And some parts are just fucking cool.

it's been a year since i last commented on this video. so nobody is gonna read it i assume lol.... but i just wanna say that i've been playing this game again recently and it's even more incredible than i remember it. it's a damn shame they gave up on Season 2, i was really looking forward to it. this game is just pure brilliance on every level. but the main thing i wanted to point out was when you said "there's not much of a story in this game, it's all gameplay". i have to highly disagree with that statement. there's a really good story in the game: it's your own story. as you replay the missions multiple times, you uncover more of the story within the mission. the more conversations you hear and the other different paths you take reveal more of whats going on in the story. it reminds me a lot of how Dark Souls and Bloodborne tell its story. it's really ingenious.

Just buy it.

I just purchased it on discount for 30 bones on steam. As a longtime Hitman fan, I place this right behind Blood Money as the best in the series. Each episode feels like a game unto itself. I've spent upwards of 5 hours on each episode, and still haven't completed all challenges yet. Also discovering more unique ways to dispatch targets on replays.

I'm new with the Hitman series. Right now I'm playing Hitman Go.
