There are a lot of designs and ideas out there for assembling Langstroth style hive frames. Here are the details of the one I adapted from others I saw.

This jig works wonderfully - it does not hold the vertical sides in a vice grip, but it doesn't need to. Just enough to keep them in place. And 1/2" PVC pipe works great too (same hole) - I didn't have conduit handy. Thank you!

Nice jig. I'd never thought of using a little brush for the glue - i think i'll try that.

I just made one and works great.

I simple made the box and use the ratcheting strap around. Foundation is not problem to install later.

Looks slick! Please post the inside dimensions of the box you use.

Inside dimensions are 17-7/8" x 14-1/4"

Great Video. How far is the 1 inch hole from the inside part of the box? I could not read the small font on the photo. Thanks

Yes. A lot of debate whether it is economical, but I do make my own, from mostly construction scraps and crate boards. I'll be posting videos of how I do it soon.
