Nice simple dress watch. However the gap between the lugs and the stock strap is too much and takes away from the overall look. It seems HMT had only two types of mechanical movements - 1 hand wind with three concentric hands, and 1 automatic with daydate and three concentric hands. Were there any other?

Beautiful watch! Since you're a HMT collector, I thought I should ask you this - Do you know the difference between "WMD" & "WFR" unit? and the term "SS" mentioned at the end of various hmt models?

SS would be Stainless Steel. If mentioned All Stainless Steel means the Case and Back are medw of Stainless Steel

@@inderpp9492 All these watches have the same mechanism so in terms of accuracy and durability all these watches will be the same/similar. So you should pick up a watch with the dial you like the most. My choice in this lot will be Vijay or Amar.

if you bought it from the website, call them up and they send the watch back to them, they will fix it and send it back to you or else will return you the money. HMT watches phone number is mentioned on their website

It's Watch Time thank you.. Nice watch.. I have janatha.. I feel that it is bit smaller for my wrist.. It is still fine as a dress watch though.. I wear it regularly to office.. Karna looks very elegant, beatiful, I wish karna was little bigger...

My tissot visodate is so smooth than this cheap material hmt, sucks.you feel proud when wearing expensive automatic swiss made watch Than this low quality material piece of 1940 design shit...hmt.
