I hope all that stuff went to the dump and not charity shops. I can't bring myself to buy second-hand because you never know where it has come from or what state an item might have been in or used for.

This video shows why I would never want to own a revenue property. Too much trouble with handling tenants. I would rather invest in to professional real estate companies that trade in the stock market and sit back and collect the dividends. Where I live it is difficult to evict a tenant. You have to take them to court and make a case to justify to toss them out. It can be costly, and take months just to have the first hearing.

@@worldsworstneighbours ok it’s a option just like in states. So if tenants have insurance they would repair and clean. Plus person living above there insurance or if didn’t have insurance they would still be liable
