Hobart Bonnet Charbroilers are robust, versatile pieces of kitchen equipment. For kitchens that need to cook large amounts of proteins in a quick time frame having a charbroiler is the perfect solution.

The Hobart Bonnet range comes in various sizes from 4 burner all the way through to 12 burner. They have no charcoal in them, they use individual burners and cast iron radiants to heat the cooking cast iron grates.
They can be used to cook a range of proteins such as steaks and chicken. There is also a stainless steel plate you can put on so you can cook more delicate items such as fish. People also use them to cook breakfast items such as eggs too. They are extremely versatile units.
It's a very robust workhorse, designed to be on and cooking all day, perfect for high volume kitchens.
One of the benefits of having deflectors is that the trays don't get as hot and it makes it easier to clean because fats aren't melting and sticking to the tray. This makes them far quicker and easier to clean.
All the burners are individually controlled which provides maximum flexibility and control over the burners. It allows for sites to have a hot section at one end whilst maintaining a cooler section at the other.
