It could work without the metal rack also. Even in other type of dishwashers including rackconveyor ones. I have often done that, and it saves a lot of time and space and becomes just as clean as when you put them in the normal way. I wouldn't recommend doing it on flight type machines as there it can easier result in blockages because there are no side rails to guide the racks during the transportphase.

How do you do rinse aid on these ? we just had a ecomax in work and it’s not sucking in rinse aid go on to menu holding the middle start button and program button it flashes 21 but you press the stop button nothing happens, you press the program button nothing happens It says to press the start button but as soon as you do that I just goes on to fill or drain I’ve read the instructions and this is what it says to do but you can’t get past the top bit flashing 21 it’s making us crazy as everything is coming out wet and streaky. And it doesn’t have a drain button you just press and hold the round start button to get it to drain. Can anyone help ? People who installed it was useless… Model eco+H615SW10D

We have a Liebherr CNSFD 5704.Fri night 12th April 2024, i changed the fridge setting down from 7° to 5° due to the different foods inside.I noticed the Freezer temp setting Saturday morning was -26° the ice cream was rock hard.On trying to change the settings from the useless instuction booklet,to no avail,i went to the Euronics shop in Blackpool where i bought it. Although they were helpful they didn't have a clue how to adjust the settings.They didn't even know of a Liebherr service agent in the local or Lancashire area who i could contact.Moral of the story.If your going to get one of these tec-savvi Fridge Freezers,do a degree course on it first Thanx.Ian

I have a query about this machine, the one at my workplace seems to be stuck on an endless wash mode; it never starts the drying process. So its perfectly fine untill you lift the lid too early / before its drying sequence has finished which is super strange. Any ideas as to what the cause might be? The only fix to this is leaving it overnight, where its fine the next morning untill someone lifts the lid too early again (easy mistake to occur).

Hi, We own a Ecomax 502-20 dishwasher and the green power button keeps flashing and only one of the temperature bars fills up red. Then it decreases again before starting to fill up again and the entire time the green light is flashing continuously? Any help would be appreciated thank you!

ECOMAX602-12A Model HI there, is there a reset button or anyway i can recalibrate the dosage amount for both machine detergent & rinse aid? at the moment the unit is using too much machine detergent (10:1 ratio) and not enough rinse aid, and when the cycle finishes there is a white soapy like film on all the dishes etc
