Epidrumis - I work out of Fremont live in SJ - I don't travel much out of my way and stay within that bubble I have 11 comic book shops and stores - I had NO Idea there was a store in the East Bay like this - Might have to go take a drive out on a weekend to check them out - had to like sub and comment - your content is amazing -

All I can say is that Exosquad season one and two is on Peacock for free. NBC/Universal is showing all their shows made before 2000 for free.

Wow!! That's my childhood neighborhood! Like I remember when that whole property was an apricot and almond orchard! Under the toy store was a fresh fruit stand that I bought apricots from to eat on the walk home from school. My junior high and high school are just down the block. I dropped a ton of $$ there. Memories. Fun.

Me I’m only trying to collect the Star Wars 30th anniversary or originals. I collect a lot of transformers and other 80’s action figures and sets myself. I honestly don’t know if I’ll get into any other Star Wars seeing as a black series no matter how cool costs about the same as 4 older figures used to collectors option right

Great video. Like both items you & CC got. You couldn’t film & not get something. That is an incredible store. I would definitely walk out buying something. Love the huge variety it has. I don't think my wallet could survive that store. BTW I remember getting some Exo Force Legos that have a very similar vibe to the Exo Squad toy. The hair pieces for the minifigs were very much anime styles. The Exo suits had a strong anime style as well. I felt a lot of nostalgia seeing those old Star Wars and G.I. Joe toys.

It's admittedly one of the few* Toy Stores in the ENTIRE San Francisco area. (Like within 2 hours) *Only in the case of the extensive Star Wars, and some other flavors

My finances are grateful that we never discovered this paradise when I was out there years ago. What an amazing store. Kaz Takagi's E-Frame was the bomb. Totally regret never getting it back in the day when it was on clearance. Holy grails? Maybe something from MASK (I always wanted Rhino and Gator), GI Joe (Conquest X-30), or an original Kenner Star Wars Droids ATL Interceptor. Actually, it'd have to be Hawkler the Ranger from the old LJN AD&D toy line. I loved that figure and was gutted when it fell apart after constant play :D

Two reasons for the full box vs the window box for action figures. It's cheaper, easier and faster to produce as it skips the step of cutting the window and applying the plastic window. The full box is 100% recyclable. The window box needs the plastic to removed for the box to be 100% recyclable. Note how when you looked up at the bigger sets (or any Lego set) they're all in full boxes but you didn't mind.

They are more eco friendly, that I will give you. I don’t however open all my action figures. And I prefer getting to see the figure through the packaging because I like to keep them in box. I don’t mind LEGO boxes because I open all my LEGO sets and build them and then recycle the boxes. The boxes aren’t part of the enjoyment of LEGO. But they are a part of my enjoyment of my action figures.

Sepentera (Serpent terror 🫨) was Lord Zedds mecha/zord from S2 from MMPR.. was supposed to be a big threat, but ended up being their transport 🤷 (the ranger zords and Serpentera were Chinese themed) it didn’t do a lot as is the sentai it was an independent party that objected to too much or too severe fighting and would attack those fighting The sentai would then need to defeat the enemy before “Serpentera” got annoyed (it was only in 7 episodes of the 49 episodes of its series - it was DaiJinRyuu in its original show
