Golden Disc Awards 2023 listed Hobi's name in the line-up, which gave the impression that he is performing. We now know that Hobi was just an attendee and not a performer. This enraged a lot of ARMY who booked flights and tickets to see him perform. But then Hobi arrived, and ARMY immediately forgot that they were upset.

Wherever he goes he is the main character. Hobi wasn't even in the performing lineup yet he decided to fly all the way to Thailand and receive the awards by himself and interact with Armys. He respects his fans so much! He usually says he is not a good speaker but just look what a smooth talker he is? how he delicately starts his speeches, full of sincerity, so classy, and yet so lovely. I need him to tell me "Sawasdee krup" every day from now on and I'm not even Thai 😂 This man is just so lovely.

I've always found him good looking. But these days he's just glowing. I'd say the best glow-up awards go to Yoongi, RM and J-hope. They weren't usually put in the visual lineups while group performances. I'm glad to see that Hobi oppa is happy and confident. 💜

I think in U.S. J-hope is expected to be like a JayZ to the Korean industry. He avoided the drama, and he has a big future. I suspect he will soon transition out of being in the front to behind the scene. Releasing music randomly. If Jhope like JayZ, Suga is Dr. Dre with the kpop beats and will also venture on... much success.

I know he is representing the members at these award shows but it broke my heart seeing him sitting by himself. He looked a little bit lost. Award shows always seemed to be great fun for BTS when they were in attendance together. Plus the bonus of many funny moments caught on camera. 🥲
