Thank you for taking out the time to make this video. It will help MANY 360 owners. I personally had mine turn on its own while out in 4-5ft waves. In calm waters it doesnt wobble on me or turn. I will adjust that rear screw

Thank you My wife and I just bought two pro angler 360s 12 ft and one was delivered nice and tight working fine The other one was put together sloppy. The dealer would not or could not tell me over the phone how to adjust or anything other than they would come by and fix it I want to know how to do it myself I don't want to depend on anyone now it my age after 45 years and the automotive industry and living on boats 30 something years I don't need people to tell me how to fix things I need them to show me what they want done as far as adjustments and techniques and technical specs I can figure the rest of it out country boys can survive thank you so much for this video I'm going to pass it on to the dealer who did not know how to adjust it

Thanks thanks, this was super helpful! The two screws that you pointed out near the drive clutch keep backing out for me. Sometimes to the point that I cannot pull the drive out and there's no way to tighten those bolts back up easily. I don't know if the store I bought it from did not tighten them at all and that's what allowed it to happen or if they need a little bit of loctite possibly. I just tightened them back up for the first time and am about to test it right now.

It's not required, however if you're drive starts squeeking you can apply marine grease to the cables and moving parts and it can keep it running silent

Why did they use those fragile plastic gears for the steering mechanism, which require a different mirage drive well from all of the other kayaks when they could have just put a tiller or knob sticking out of the top of the drive, right between the kayaker's knees?

Im literally selling my 2.5 month old 2021 Pro Angler 14 ft which i bought new. The only reason im doing so is because i bought a used 2020 360 model. I wont go back to the 180. orlando.craigslist.org/boa/d/deltona-2021-hobie-pro-angler-14/7355878505.html

The newest 360 drive doesn't adjust the pulley cables the same way at all. Plus, the adjustments on the boat itself are non-existent. My Pro Angler 12 360XR was hellishly expensive, and two weeks into it the drive just spins like a top--WHEN I'VE GOT IT LOCKED IN 'FORWARD ONLY' MODE!! Hobie has got to get a grip the the mechanics of this. I'm after my dealer now, it's not going to be pretty. The Hobie rep wouldn't even call me. It's infuriating.
