LOVE that you're focusing on weight training - I'm a women's hormone & metabolism coach, and getting my people INTO the weight room is one of the most game changing things people can do for short and long-term health. Women are SO MUCH more physically capable than sometimes we allow ourselves to be, and the benefits of stepping outside that comfort zone are endless.

Hi Julie! The best ink for Tomoe River paper is Versafine Ink in Black. It dries really fast, and it does shadow, but its not horrible. Versafine is the best ink for planners because it leaves a crisp impression, and it dries faster than most other inks . ❤

I like use tombow ink on my stamps rather than a stamp pad. Very minimal shading on the reverse side

I use the VersaMagic Chalk stamp set. I found it at hobby lobby for a really good price. It doesn't bleed through and there are a ton of colors. I love her stamps. They are really good.

I don't stamp a ton. I did buy all of Helen's stamps last summer and use them for all of my school pages in my Cousin supplement. I find that honestly a Tombow marker works best. I just rub the ink on the stamp. I tried the versamagic but don't like it. I always enjoy your videos! Thanks, Julie!

Hi Julie, thank you as always for all your content! I Wanted to add something on the ink for your new stamps that worked for me which is try your Tombow markers. I got this idea from Rebeka Plans and I love it because I know that ink is great on the cousin paper and I have more options color wise. Plus ink pads can be expensive and I have all the Tombow markers. This is just something that helped me get started and I love it.

Also. With Vitamin D, taking Vitamin K, magnesium, and zinc (you can get plenty in a quality multivitamin for this purpose) will help it absorb. And taking it with a meal :)

What I like about the Poi and Hun sticker storage is you can pull the page out and not destroy the sleeve.

I live near an ikea, like dangerously close. It’s very nice but I think the excitement wears off? But it’s so nice when we need stuff

I actually searched last week for hours for that green Energel clena to no avail. I love that pen too - green is my favorite color. I do have the other colors, so I will just have to be satisfied with those. Lol.

I didn't even get a chance to go to IKEA. It was here in my city in Ontario, Canada & was apparently a distribution center that went bankrupt bc they didn't advertise enough that it was here. So no one was going there. It's so sad. The only one around is in Ottawa and that's far from me. Lol. I'm so sad that my city didn't get to appreciate an actual IKEA Store.
