Hi Jenean! Its so nice to see you doing the one new thing a day goal. And going outside going on walks. I need to definitely go on walks too, and using that time to reflect on gratitude is very nice!!💗 Thanks for sharing this and also for sharing your planners again. 🫢 That is so wonderful to hear !!!! Thank you so much. I think maybe this is a great experiment for me as to how to grieve with grace and greet the next chapter of my life without my mom with gratitude for the time we had. What is coming to the forefront is how beautiful moments are free-connecting with nature, connecting to others with caring even on a KZfaq channel. Thank you so so much for sharing with me! And the walk is bringing me great joy. 🤩 Especially the moments when someone stops for a conversation about their puppies unexpectedly, or i found a place to sit and think about my mom and meditate or I slide 🛝 for just fun. I think I have stumbled onto something doing one different thing that I haven’t done before. It makes me smile even after I have done it!
