Yes many times. If they do then the Speaker 'names' the member and this is a formal suspension which the house votes on. As the house 99% of the time does not tend to question the authority of the chair this vote mormally passes without a division. After this not only are they sent out of the house but they are suspended as an MP without pay for a number of days hence they can not use any of the facilities in parliament including their own office If they still refuse to leave then they can be arrested.
