You look a lot like some of my cousins! They're beautiful, too. My personal story in ski marathons suggests you may benefit, on the genetic basis, from the suggestions of Dr. Barry Sears, Ph. D. Your national staff can probably tell you, if you insist, where your threshold is. Below that level, you can probably train and live without carbohydrate, People aren't horses. (Before my divorce I bred Norwegian Fjord Horses. Snow did not melt on their backs.) Tweaking your carbohydrate on race day properly... you will defeat the world. That's what we want, we, your fans. You can get good guidance, even Dr. Sears or Dom D'Agostino, Ph.D., maybe try it, after Holmenkollen, once you've won and want to do even better! Du er en sterk, vakker, norsk kvinne.
