Hockey Goalie Training: Get Up Correctly with the Backside Up!

3 ай бұрынOften as a hockey goalie, you go into the butterfly to make a save; however, getting back up after this can be a big problem for a lot of beginner goalies.
In this video I'll show you how to get back onto your feet correctly after going into the butterfly, using a technique called the Backside Up!
Then you'll be back quickly on your feet and ready for the next play!

Servus Marcel, ich wollte erstmal sagen deine Videos sind super und sehr hilfreich, aber ich hab da mal nh Frage. Ich bin 17 und bin so 1.70 groß, ich habe mir wie gesagt schon die Vapor 3.5 geholt in 42,5 und trage eigentlich 43 und die sind mir auf jeden fall bisschen zu groß bzw vorne halt, denkst du Ich werde in Zukunft noch besser rein passen, wegen Massephase und so

Hi, freue mich dass meine Vids dir gefallen! Puh….schwer zu sagen, mit 17 kannst du schon noch etwas wachsen aber wenn du momentan das Gefühl hast dass die skates zu groß sind, würde ich kleineren nehmen.
