3:30. When you talk about fast tradesmen. Omg there was a plasterer on our site. And he was so fast. He used to literally do double the amount as the others. He had a guy with him as well. And he used to finish early . And when he left the site. You would have other spreads checking his walls for level and that. And it was all spot on. He used to make a fortune 😂😂😂

Charlie... You can mark your profile with a fine pen from the bottom flange then put a small hacksaw cut on the mark... No more gauging every time you put them up mate. 🧱
@1983robbo3 жыл бұрын
That’s all well and good if you’re having to hit gauge every time. What happens if you have to either bump or grind? Those hacksaw marks are now useless....

@@1983robbo??... Then you move the line to suit pal
@1983robbo3 жыл бұрын
@@tonyk.9212 I hear you.. however, it defeats the object of having ready made hacksaw marks in your profile. The time it takes him to put his gauging level on and mark it up means he has “damage free” profiles. I used to work with a Bricky who used to Mark a profile and then tell you we need to grind 15mm so keep below. When I went out on my own, I’d mark the profiles to suit as opposed to the lads guessing how high or low they’d have to be each course 👊🏼
