I can’t remember IRL lore during the late 1800s that are mentioned in the in the books or anthology(is that the right word?). I’m curious how they mention muggle events at the time, or if they delve into the other countries(dragons in the north). Ministry of Magic had some interesting mentions of prior events I think, but not sure if they are just pre WWI or in the 1800s. Nicholas Flammel should hopefully have a cheeky mention as well.

Not a big HP fan but this looks fantastic really. Will definitely get this once it releases. Love the visuals, love the initial gameplay footage and love that there seems to be so much going on :D

I played every HP game that I could get my hands on as a kid and I really liked when we got to explore the castle from top to bottom and find all these little secrets (it's why 4 on the pc sucked for me cause it had levels instead of the ability to run around the castle) I hope this game gives us the opportunity to explore to our harts content.

At the very beginning of the trailer there is a scene with a dragon roaring right behind our avatar and Sweet Poppy Sweeting (who is very good with creatures). Notice the dragon is not trying to kill them or fry them with dragon fire. Is this a TAMED dragon? And if you can tame dragons, can you ride dragons? I so want to be a dragon rider.

I wonder how late in the 1800's this is, 1890's maybe? If so, Dumbledore might show up as a student. Maybe we'll see him as a first year with the sorting hat on. Now, if I could just learn a spell that would land me a PS5 before "Holiday 2022".

Dumbledore would be starting his 1st year during our 7th year. Unlikely it's seen, but might be cool as a DLC or possibly a second game.

Game is set in 1890, when the Player is in the flying carriage with Mr. Fig the other guy shows a newspaper (15:08) and the date reads 01.September 1890. So Dumbledore will be 9 years old in this game.

is it just me, or does it sound like Daniel Radcliff and Rupert Grint are voicing some of these characters in this video? Maybe that's common knowledge already, but it definitely sounds like Daniel Radcliff is voicing Nearly Headless Nick, but just doing a weird thing with his voice. Am I crazy? lol. It also sounds like Rupert Grint is possibly voicing the Sebastian character? Can someone please confirm this? hahah

For now you could play Hogwarts mystery on the fone until you wait for this game it’s my favorite fone game it’s super fun and addicting btw one of our companions could be albus himself seeing as he want to school in late 1800s to be exact 1892

Lol, this isn't a shooter. Wizards and witches don't dual wield. Your wand chooses you at 11. The game sticks to the lore.

@@ItApproaches you say that, but there isn't any evidence to support your claim that one couldn't dual wield. And not all witches chose to keep the same wand since 11, wands can come and go.

@@ItApproaches in fact in Deathly Hallows, while trying to escape Malfoy Manor Harry hit Lucius Malfoy with a triple spell cast frome three separate wands held in his hand. So it's quite possible for wizards to fire spells from multiple wands at once.

@@wadesessions7164 Harry used Malfoy's wand, or was it Peter's? I forget. But he used ONE wand to blast Lucius as Lucius had no wand to defend himself with as he gave his to Voldemort.

Been in development since 2017 or 18. 2018 is when the first big leak happened. I think its about ready. But probably needs time for making stable framerate and resolution and etc.

Subbed, great video, it's a single player focused game, so, I'm excited to see how this all plays out, I saw a quidditch outfit from 14:37 to 14:39 so, I'd say quidditch confirmed, also, for those of you wondering if our character speaks, YES, they will, not only for every spell they cast, but in conversations, (like with Nearly Headless Nick), I'm ready for this game now! 💯😃

Last year's reveal trailer shows that Azkaban Prison and Dementors are in the game. They are there for a reason. Choose your friends carefully and use your Dark Magic wisely.

It's an extremely vocal minory as is the case with most extremist stances. I mean, you don't actually believe that every Repulican voter in the US was the stereotypical completely mental Trump supporter, right? Most people don't even know there is a whole thing with JRK let alone that they care. Just look at the likes vs dislikes on these videos (assuming you have the dislikes add on in your browser).

Elden Ring is not the bar lol, people are really flat out rejecting the flaws with Elden Ring. It has ALOT of flaws, not GOTY worthy, sorry FS fanboys. It's an 8/10, good game but not a 10/10 OMG best game ever. Bloodborne was superior in all ways. Elden Ring has great music, visuals and atmosphere but everything else falls hard. Yes the world is massive but size of a game world doesn't effect if the game is good or not. Much like BOTW it's a really empty game when you get down to it. I'm 160 hours in, still haven't beaten the game once yet. It's just Boss Rush the game, but you have to find the bosses in a massive world lol. Theres so much crap in Elden Ring that is the filler between the good parts it's not funny. Frankly Elden Ring is Dark Souls 4 despite FS saying they wanted to try something different.

@@BaileyGreenwood2001 micros for cosmetics is ok. Pay for the art. Would truly have to see how it plays out. We didn't really get a ton on this gameplay or explanation. Is it going to be like an elden ring? Any online functionality at all? Will they do it like Resident evil where they release the campaign and then release the OMP? Either way I'm cool, but an MMO Harry Potter game would be pretty sweet. Imagine doing dungeon raids with friends in the HP universe, having full on quidditch matches in ranked competitive gameplay. That would get eSport level real quick.
