Again.. responding to replay… this channel does come across as extremely authentic.. as well as the creators you call friends. I came to know you all through last years HP game that used cards(sorry, can’t remember name). You ALL accepted me as part of the team… even tho I was subpar (being fam friendly). The authenticity from you and your colleagues is appreciated.

I recently started playing pogo again (pokemon go). I took a good 2 or 3 year hiatus (started about halfway through WU). I was so sad when WU ended, that I just couldn't even pick pogo back up again, until about 2ish months ago

Took me a few of a dragon with poppy the other day I recommend going to that stage and checking it out with photo mode.

I also agree… this first round could not be too dark. It did have dark aspects.. but you could move on. The next gen can go deeper.

Replay squad! I really hope they don't go darker. Hogwarts Legacy is already borderline too dark for me, and I won't go near the Haunted Hogsmeade quest after seeing a few seconds of footage. The absolute worst part of the game for me was the Sebastian quest line. The fact that the game forced me to aid and abet in him murdering his uncle soured my entire experience. I tried so hard to just protect myself and kept trying to figure a way out of the confrontation with Solomon and there simply was none. It made me quite angry. They gave people lots of evil choices but in this case there was no choice for good. 😢

About submitting pics, how about on FB? I've been posting loads of photo mode pics on two groups there: "Hogwarts Legacy" and "Hogwarts Legacy | Community". I'm watching the video as I'm commenting... In speculating about the darker themed concept art, how long was HL in production? Something like 5 or 6 years? If they had this dark concept art, and the game we have now is not really dark at all, then that tells me they mustive not been too certain what direction to take HL at first. Going for a dark theme, pitching that theme in meetings, debating it in meetings, more concept ideas gets tossed around -- more time -- and then finally the decision comes to change direction to a lighter tone. So part of the development time went into determining possible directions. What other themes were pitched I wonder? No wonder HL feels more like a platform to me than anything else -- a platform that can be taken to other directions. We do have hints of dark themes -- tombs and dungeons -- as well as lighter themes, themes of exploring the castle, the countryside, even the RoR is a playable theme (can make a whole game just taking care of animals). So this concept art begins to explain a lot to me. I find this fascinating. Thank you for making a video on it. In terms of game play I would love to play HL in some sort of darker mode. Would love to wander outside Hogwarts and come across darker tombs, creatures made by some dark wizard experimenting with mix/matching dark spells and potions, wandering the countryside, or some sort of Ancient Evil (to fight with our ancient magic) Cthulhu type creature(s). That would be fun! But I'll be happy with simply having a curfew system.

I just bought my hogwarts trunk from the Harry Potter store and I 100% recommend it if you haven't bought. Its AMAZING.

Replay squad here.... so... Since replaying the game 4x on PS5.. one per house... the one discovery during the game that never fails to make me question... discovering Feldcroft for the first time and seeing Isadora's house... and within that house we her that her portrait, that I assume its her... destroyed... I am hopeful but also cautious, that what if.. what if.. for a DLC, that our character discovers a duplicate portrait of Isidora's that is still INTACT... just putting it out there

It has been a while since I played that story line through but wasn't the portrait that was burned of Charles Rookwood? It would be interesting to see what a portrait of Isadora might say!

@@dumbledebbie8593 I always thought it was Isidora’s portrait cuz that used to be her childhood home. I thought Charles Rookwood’s portrait is at his castle for the 2nd trial.

@@JozefDelMundo I think you my be right. I was just watching someone doing a playthrough and Charles Rookwood specifically says that he remained hidden in the portrait at his castle to avoid it being destroyed.
