Keeping Tradition Alive: Meet the Last Generation of a Vietnamese Family Crafting Hoi AnNoodles. We explore traditions in Hoi An with a local guide. From sisters doing it for themselves to a moonshine medicine man. At the end we sample some local delicacies like white rose dumplings. Hoi An always makes me smile and I cant express enough how amazing this experience was.
