Turkey cut their relations off with the Germans and stopped to sell them chromium and 3 months before the German surrender, Turkey declared war on both Germany and Japan in February 1945 to join United Nations after post-war. Turkey did join the war but with their stubborn neutral stance, no Turkish troop ever saw combat in WW2. Turks had nothing to gain and everything to lose and Turkish Republic was still very young and had flashbacks to brutal Great War and Turkish Independence War. I have no idea either why does Turkey joins the Allies in the game in 1943 either. It doesn't make any sense.

I use the NATO icons, but i'm also a historian and that is what I'm used to. The other icons are just weird.

Props to you for doing it with la resistance update. I personally prefer to do something like this on versions before 1.9x husky since resistance eats so much manpower and equipment. And starting as a minor you're barely able to equip one full army, let alone garrison the middle east.

The capital encirclement thing hasn't worked for several patches. Supply flows if they control the state, and if they control the capital they control the state, always.

Siam definitely needs a new focus tree, they have options for formidables and they have a historical path to join Japan faction

i really think they should add a feature where you slowly core everything. like andalusia does this. imma do a lil example "Unify the Independent States" : take saudi arabia. yemen. iraq. and yemen "Unify the North" : own syria. kuwait. palestine. jordan. and iraq "Unify the Peninsula" : own the Arabian Peninsula (the south) these would be always avalible for the arab states in the Peninsula. but for the next you require the previous "Liberate Egypt" : own egypt "Liberate Maghreb" : own the Maghreb states and libya and finally one for most likely iraq if you war with persia "Liberate Khuzestan and the southern arabs" : Take the historically arab areas of most southern persia

forming persia is really hard.spesially because of new dlc battle for bosporos because turkey gets garentee.but if you change to comonisim fast then use para drop to invade turkey first before afganistan and iraq(imean before it gets garenteed).you can make it.and make a 10 width infentry 24 devisions and put it for deffence against india and be carefull of the top border with india.they attack and break there first.then with one 24 army devision you can get african parts.by the way you will need cyrupus too.wish you good luck.

why dont you improve relations by just taking a non-aggression pact and then ask for military access instead of boosting it by spending pp? Seems like many people dont know that relations will be improved by asking for military access

I honestly don't get the hate with 7:2's I find them really good and cost effective, I've ran nearly an entire campaign on 7:2's alone and destroyed the germans with them as france. A lot of the bite from 7:2's does come from using superior firepower
