Finland got a massive new focus tree in the "Arms Against Tyranny" DLC and with the right strategy (and a little luck), this nation can become a world power in no time! This strategy works perfectly for the new "Lone Wolf" achievement, which requires forming Greater Finland and occupying loads of territory, all without joining a faction. But no one said I couldn't CREATE a faction, right? Right?

Speaking personally, I usually waited to get both Mannerheim and equipment from the Germans before I did the civil war, because that equipment is really helpful and Mannerheim's a really good FM. I usually did the industry first, but I can get going for the Nordic Empire immediately.

I think the last HOI video was a Brotherhood of Steel related from the Fallout Blues.....or maybe the Warhammer one where the Emperor rises in power. I just been doing this like 2 hours ago. And I still figuring out the best way to do it with non-align neutrality path Finland. Also Ethiopia won the 2nd Italo-Ethiopian war for some reason.

Imo its better to release the other countries as puppets. Their focus trees are powerful and they will crank out factories like nobodies business. On top of that, you don't need to work about the Germans. You can get a nonaggression pact or even just join their faction if you're not on an achievement run.

Just checked the achievement Finnish him. The check, according to the wiki, is that Finland is not in a faction. So idk if Finnish him is gonna work. We'll see.

The wiki doesn't get updated at the same time as the game, and when Pravus checked in-game it still says the achievements are available, so I'd assume the in-game tooltip is correct. Never know though

You lost Mannerheim because you went civil war. It gets you to Fascist much faster but you lose two officers.

After the civil war you deleted your cavalry to train infantry, why didn't you just change the cavalry to the infantry template? No need to delete and retrain.

Ibtried doing that, abd everything went well, but right after denmark went fascist, they immediately went back to democracy. Idk why but that screwed me over

Same problem here. Every time Denmark turns fascist they eventually become democratic again (1 month max). Sometimes immediatelly. I don't know why.

Don't paradox know fascism is a left wing ideology not right wing. Both communism and fascist is in the same wing but like any thing on same side of things wants to lead the other one and it unusually leads to war. Before anyone say fascism is not left wing its right wing, there is historical evidence saying fascist is left wing with pretty much the Nazis calling themselves left wing and socialist and not liking the right wings. The only reason they hated communism is that they wanted to lead the socialist and communist was a rival to it they got along enough to make a non aggression pact. But I guess they wanted something other the democratic to represent right wing but so many people thinks fascism is right wing and they are so wrong. No matter what people say whom mainly are left wing people who want people to think right wing is fascist when in reality it is 100% left wing the dang Nazis call themselves left wing 90% of the Nazis during that time was left wing a good amount of historians agree that they was left wing. Nationalism can be on both wings some do different things with it. Also if you want to add today's things to it then it's easy to see left wings today is more like fascist and communist for if you disagree with them they will do whatever they can to destroy you from calling you racist, a fascist (which is funny when they are the fascist), and a bigot and wide amount of other stuff. Sure some right wing do similar stuff but for sure no where as much as a left wing

It's right-wing socialism. That is to say, it's a left-wing ideology (socialism) except on very specific issues such as foreign policy (nationalism is distinctly right-wing and a major part of all forms of what we describe as fascism). This is in opposition to other socialist ideologies, especially communism, which are focused around a more globalist viewpoint (see Lenin and Trotsky, not so much Stalin). Those very specific issues are among the few reasons why fascism was ultimately more popular amongst countries of that time period than communism. Because communists wanted to tear down their countries and have the workers rise up in unity with their brothers and sisters elsewhere in the world, whilst fascism put forward the ideal of having the nation rise up as one. It's also (at least, in our modern usage of the term) an ideology that makes no sense, not because it's wrong, but because it's distinctly Italian. Mussolini made it clear that fascism was an ideology for Italy and the Italian people only. It's why fascist movements in other nations made their own ideologies that fit their nation specifically (Germany had Strasser's and later Hitler's national socialism, Mosley described British fascism as only sharing a name with Italian fascism, Spanish falangism had it's own ideas). The idea of a global fascist movement is something that seems to crop up amongst people, both fascists and opponents of fascism, that fail to pick up on this important point with the idea.

Again, a socialist, but not an internationalist. I can play this game all day. I haven't even got into the Fascist Manifesto, where Mussolini spouts many things a socialist would happily agree with. Things like 8 hour work days, universal suffrage and minimum wage, just for starters. Fascism is nationalist socialism.
