Puran poli is the king of traditional sweets. It is commonly prepared in the functions of our area. In this video, I show you how to prepare gram dal poli. It requires practice of stuffing and rolling. Maida and sugar are best suitable for this poli. Main Ingredients required are maida, sugar and gram dal. But it is best to have certain tools like shown in the video, rolling pin, a stick which are particularly suitable for this dish. So, I am sure you can get practice by preparing it for 2-3 times.
Coconut milk or ghee are the best combination with these type of Puran Polis.
Ingredients :-
Gram dal 2kg
Sugar 2kg
Maida 2- 2&1/2kg
Elachi 3sp
Oil 1/2 cup

I can’t believe that this channel is only one year old, I thought it was quite old. The traditional recipes are superb, i have prepared many of them. We miss our hometown, please make it as natural as possible.no background music please. The best thing about you is your presentation, language, smartness and the small towel you tie on your head.
