Well Mr Foreman and Ms Wilms ... another masterpiece. Love watching your stuff and the inclusion of drone footage enhances this production. I spent about 4 hours bogged and digging my way out of a clay swamp there a few years ago. Nothing happens by accident, and your patience in capturing some of the small wildlife and the wildflowers is terrific and very much appreciated. Your humour adds greatly to the overall program. I always look forward to your new postings. And now .. onto Part 2 of the Holland(s) Track. Thank you.

Thanks John. Let us know if part 2 is up to par. I'm quite fond of all the little critters and windflowers along the way, adds even more to the journey.

Yes. Part 2 was terrific to watch as well and did not disappoint. I can also assist you somewhat .. In the segment where it was 'alleged' that you said "Four" minutes for the noodles.. there is an explanation. I notice that Wilms is not an Australian speaking lady. She does not have the same accent that you have. Sometimes these people mishear two as FOUR!! I'd suggest that is what has happened here. But all is well ... the noodles were cooked and all was happy in the camp. Thanks again. I shall continue to enjoy your other adventures.Good luck and safe travels.

I loved your Canning movie and this one is set to be of the same informative, and humorous standard if not better. The addition of the drone is great. 10/10.

Brilliant work Gav & Summer ... Loved the humour and the Wave Rock one liner ... priceless! 😎 I'm guessing it's Summer behind the lens and her flower and wildlife shots are very nicely done. One of the best vids on the Holland Track I've seen on KZfaq. Well done team 😀

The stock route video was brilliant but its just been blown out the water video production wise by this film. Ariel shots, slow motion, panning shots, time laps, macro sequences. Alot of serious work went into this you can tell. Not to mention The good information that you present so well, it looks like you really do enjoy the travelling. You should really do a behind the lens video, telling what camera kit you use and a walk round of the landy. Thanks for taking the time to make the video. It was superb. Happy trails.

wizardorlegend Thanks for the comments. I'm thinking a behind the lens video is a good idea. We're off to film some more adventures and shall include that one amongst them. Cheers.

Gavin and Sommer, congratulations on a really top production. The cinematography is really good, the aerial shots are an added attraction on this new adventure. The little tid-bits of nature information are great, and your witty commentary is brilliant. I was thinking of doing something similar, but in a two wheel drive, but I think you have done it too well to try and emulate! I will think. Have you tried to sell these video productions? They are television documentary material, really. All you need now is to weave a love story and a steamy scene into it and you've nailed it for TV! :) Probably it would have been good to show the map at the beginning, because a lot of people, especially foreigners, would not have a clue where you are going.

+Shane Smith Greetings Shane. Thanks for the comments and feedback. I looked in to maybe selling the Western Walkabout series we're working on now but there seemed to be a lot of legal obligations behind the scenes. Permission for filming needs to be obtained from all the national parks filmed in commercially and the list goes on. So in this case we decided to keep it simple and hopefully someone may notice for future projects. As for the Holland track I'd say go for it. Make a film and have fun. Cheers.

FYI...The 5th Earl of Canarvon funded the discovery of King Tut's Tomb by Carter in 1922!

Greetings Jensen, glad you liked the films and I confess to having no clue as to the earl of Carnarvon having funded ground breaking archeological digs. Good man.

Gday,The public service in WA likes to interfere in things that they know not but we used to live on a property SE of Hyden and had the Hollands track as one boundary and yes it has always been called Hollands Track but some public servant decided he had to earn his wages so made the pronouncement that it was Holland track. The track belongs to Holland so it is Hollands track. Sorry about the rant but these oxygen thieves employed by the government should just keep their noses out of thinks they know nothing about . Cheers Ross

This is commercial quality stuff. I have to wonder why a TV channel hasn't picked you up.

Greetings there. Glad you like the films. I think tv might be a lot about who you know though I like the freedom to create without selling out so not being on tv is alright by us.
