Today I wanted to get my idle issues fixed with my Holley Sniper EFI. Just by tweaking a few things I do believe I solved the issue. Now I just need to drive the truck! / kens72c10 #holleyefi #bigblockchevy

I have since picked up the flag I had on the floor of my truck. I have a few flags that are tattereed from the wind that I keep in my garage to display.

Run the set screw in. With it running turn it out until you see the iac 8-12

IAC supposed to be between 1-10 turn ur screw bud has to be 186 temp before moving IAC screw and make sure ur blades close don’t drive it under 186 temp

I have a sniper for an AMC eagle 4.2. Just a street cruiser. Not winning any races lol. I would raise the idle screw slightly and that should get the IAC down. I got my idle to 920. They say you want the IAC between 2% and 8%.

I've been trying to get it down to that level

I solved all my sniper issues on my 428 easily. I switched back to a Holley carburetor and sold all the EFI crap!

For my experience so far it needs a little time to learn how to run
