If you fought twelve professional MMA fights, and finished as dominantly as Ronda Rousey did, you’d be pissed, too, if you got beat by a fighter you should have been able to starch or snap with better preparation. • • Rest assured, that shoe was on the other foot with Holly Holm where she got choked out by three different opponents. Then again, just like Rousey appeared to be a striking novice, Holm was and still is clearly a grappling novice with apparently zero submission defense.

@@jamiejones4746, tell us without telling us you never saw every single MMA fight that Ronda Rousey fought. • Why are you such an uninformed, biased, and bitter casual toward Rousey, guy? • Except for Holly Holm before their fateful title fight, Rousey had justified beef with three fighters: Charmaine Tweet, Miesha Tate x 2, and Bethe Correia. • Apart from those three women, fighting was cordial business between Rousey and the eight other women she beat. I’ll add her final legit beef, Bethe Correia; during their ceremonial weigh-in, Rousey was clearly smiling and chill while Correia looked like a madwoman.

Ronda left the sport because she knew she wasn’t good enough to beat Amanda Nunes or Holly. Ronda dominated early before the women’s division became more skilled. It’s sad Ronda is such a poor loser and has never been able to accept defeat.

Ronda is Ronda, if you ever seen any of her mothers interviews or Ronda's interviews you know she is never going to admit to Holly being better than her. BUT as a fan of the sport, we all know Holly was better, bigger, and had more experience than Ronda.

You’re deluded. Holm ultimately proved she lacked the grappling IQ that enabled Rousey to win two title fights and six title defense fights that led to five submission wins and three KO or TKO wins. • The proof that grappling is Holm’s kryptonite is painfully obvious. Her submission losses to Miesha Tate, Mayra Bueno Silva (despite NAC overturning Silva’s win), and Kayla Harrison clearly show that. • So if you continue to give Rousey grief for having an apparently abysmal striking IQ, then keep that energy against Holly Holm’s lack of a proficient grappling IQ.

Nope, otherwise she wouldn't still be saying she's the best. Her belief that's she's the best is why she fought Holly standing up, which got her knocked the F out. Even a kick to the dome couldn't bring that c**t back to reality.

@josephgravelle8287 It wasn’t yes men it was her dumb ass trainer pumping her up telling her she was a striker when she wasn’t even really a striker her judo and arm bar are second to non the best in mma and hollys team jackson knew it prepared for it and Ronda’s trainer told her she could stand with a hall of fame female boxer and high level kick boxer and she paid for it with a beating and mauling

Except it's kind of not true none of you read the book to even know the comments on it but just come here assuming. The story was told to emphasize what she was revealing which was how many times she had to fight concussed. In some fights she still won even. The big picture is they couldnt speak up about injuries like that. This has long been an issue in sports. It was once an issue in the NFL until someone spoke up. Ronda speaks up and people would rather debate this crap rather then speak on the real issue here. It wouldn't be the same if Ronda was a man speaking.

The point so many miss is Ronda wasn't trying to say she only lost due to a concussion she was trying to spread awareness about the conditions she had to fight in many times. That was one of many examples she mentioned. Sure perhaps she feels had she been at her best things could have been different but the message Ronda is conveying in her book, most of you didn't even read is the fact they fought when they shouldn't have medically. That's the big reveal of that But hey leave it to people who never read the book and only want to piecemeal things to paint what she did say how you want.

UFC played it perfect and got a lot off Rhonda and she made a lot off it in return which she doesn’t seem to appreciate. One thing was always true about Ronda. She can’t box. She can grapple and arm bar with the best of them but if you force the fight to take place standing up she was always going to look like a fish out of water. The irony of that is they put her in there not just with a woman who could box but one that ended up in the boxing hall of fame. It was a mismatch from the start
