Never should have gone this far. Honestly, Werner’s people could’ve stopped this after the second round. Ref should have called it after the fourth, if not the third. And after the knockdown, he allowed Werner to absorb way too many shots. With that said, kudos to her for never giving up. She’s a tough fighter.

Well… admittedly I am a fan of Holly but this was a gross mismatch. Holly had size, power, skills and crowd support obviously. What stood out throughout is the toughness, courage and no quit attitude of Werner…. much respect for her.

The thing I like best about Holly is she looses as graceful as she wins.... that's the mark of a true champion!!!!!!!!!!

Man, I have so much admiration for the heart of a fighter. There's something wholly unnatural about eating a clean kick to the face, resetting your feet, and walking forward with intention. Holly totally dominant, but props to Werner.

Werner actually had her hand up in guard, but because she was so tired she was bending over at the waist, so she wasn't covering her face when the kick came in. Not sure why her side continued: she was obviously gassed and getting beaten up. That kick doesn't really land in the first round. That said, that's how we train: right, left, kick at a retreating opponent to cover the ground. Pretty textbook from a pro. :)

What I really love about holly This fight is that she doesn’t just pummel her opponent, she actually lets her get up and try again . I’m. Wondering if she does this because of the person she is inside or for the fight to last longer or because she knows she’s the better fighter and wants to actually give her a chance to beat her. Either way she’s amazing and kudos to the girl in lavender purple she took some really devastating kicks and hits but hung in there a very long time
