Hi, is it possibly to use a second hub in cascade mode as a range extender, rather than for the purpose of increasing the headset count? ie having one hub at Front of House in a venue and another back stage to provide venue wide coverage?

there is an event that I need 22 pcs of wireless headset into ONLY ONE GROUP and need to feed in audio music to the intercom. how do I cascade TWO SOLIDCOM M1 and ONE SOLIDCOM C1 together and also feed in audio music at the same time?

So if you daisy chain the many hubs via the IP connection and not the 4W, we can have unlimited number of headsets? And does your headsets TALK A or TALK B key has the PTT mode or just latching mode?

Hi, the Solidcom C1 also can can support 2 sets of IP cascading, with 4W interface, wireless sets can be cascaded. And it has latching mode.

Anytime you're going above four units, you will need a hub.

Hi folks, Can you tell me if the C1 Hub unit can : 1) integrate with an existing analogue wired intercom system? 2) can you feed an line level input back into the hub (eg commentary from a Audio mixer) 3) connect external antennas. Ie remove the ones that come with and able to put antenna outside an OB van ? Thanks in advance. Ps am a newbie for this kind of stuff.

Hi, there: 1. Solidcom C1 supports interconnection with the wired communication system, connected through 2W interface：hollyland-techhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/7270395774739-Interconnection-Solidcom-C1-Clearcom-702 2. You can input the music of the mixer through the PGM IN interface, or connect to the mixer through the 4W interface to convert XLR：hollyland-techhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4413343184659-SOLIDCOM-M1-MIXER 3. Currently does not support connecting other external antennas

@@hollylandtech Hi there, just in reference to question 1 from 737gez, I think what he means is if we have our own old wired intercom then can the C1 hub receive or send an audio signal to it. We don't want to have to buy the M1 system. We are keen on the C1 headsets and the Hub but want to be able to receive audio from either our old wired intercom and/or a normal audio mixer. Is there a video showing the rear of the C1 hub and how it works in this instance? Thanks

@@DuffTV You should be able to connect to another system either by 2-wire or 4-wire. It has i/o ports for both on the back of the base station

Hold A on the master headset and hold A on the remote and they will pair after a few seconds! If you want to connect it to a Hub, connect it via a USB C cable, and it will pair!

@@hollylandtech We purchased a hub and a set of slave headsets separately. The hub and headsets are both C1 models but will not pair via USB C cable at all. Any Suggestions?

The Hub.. Can I have an XLR input from my mixer of the room audio be heard through the headsets? Easy enough to turn on and off? Im sick of wearing two headsets, 1 for comms, and the second to monitor audio for the live stream..

Also, I do they sell the hub with 6 headsets? I know its not needed, but the hub has many features Id like to use. Just dont need 9 headsets.

@@hollylandtech Hello. There is not enough information on the capabilities and functions of the hub. Is it possible to program headsets using the hub? Can the master headset hear group A and group B at the same time, or only switch between them?

Such a bummer.... spend more than $7000 for the set with hub and a set of 8 inc master, unable to connect those two together. Especially since the master is basically the hub. In my eyes one of the biggest flaws of this system. I don't want two of those hubs on set, it makes setting it up too much work...

You actually TELL us NOTHING about how to do the pairing to the base system. I turned on the hub, and all of our headsets... NOTHING HAPPENS. WHAT DO I DO NOW??? What a horrible video.... it really tells you NOTHING... no steps, to achieve the pairing. Got to be one of the WORST videos I have ever seen about how to do the most basic function of adding headsets to the base unit.
