I watch a lot of home tours of historic/vintage homes. This is a really beautifully maintained home that honored the history by not painting the woodwork and ceiling. Just a suggestion if you plan to do more home tours. Before you leave each room, do a slow video pan of the room to give the viewer a better sense of the scale and how the room connects to other spaces. Your viewers are walking through the spaces vicariously through you. I like to imagine what I would do with the homes if they were mine. I really enjoyed your first tour and hope to travel with you into other interesting homes so I subscribed to your channel. Good luck.

The living room is to die for, but those front steps would kill me. So quintessential Hollywood. If anyone dares put a drop of paint on that gorgeous woodwork , I hope they are haunted! LOL!

thats one ugly ass house. you need a complete interior overhaul. if i was offered it for 1 mil and i have to live in it for the rest of my life i would decline the offer

@@elizabethreavill8377 thats one ugly ass house. it reminds of the MTV show from the early 2000s went by the name of MTV crib. none of the interiors of those rappers houses stood the test of time. you apparently have horrible taste in interior designs.....
