Synopsis:
Emilie Warnock, the daughter of the American president, leads a humanitarian mission to MS One, an outer-space prison in which the 500 most dangerous criminals from Earth are kept in a state of artificial sleep. Just as Emilie arrives, the now-awakened prisoners stage a violent rebellion, and she and the MS One crew are taken hostage. Guy Pearce is so underrated..I know he is regarded as one of the brilliant actors of his generation. But man, I still feel like it's not enough. Him and Benicio Del Toro are among the actors that I'd watch regardless if the movie they're in are bad.

totally agree very underrated. I was expected guy to be in more action movies after that. Joe Gilgun stole the scenes he was in, loved that he had to push red buttons when he saw them.

I love that crazy the presidents daughter was interviewing. The one that caused the chaos. I love the writer 2. "It's not my fault". "Careful you are starting to sound like your old man". That is so clever.

8/10 stars. First it's SCI-FI, second the CGI was excellent, third the acting was outstanding. This is one to watch!

Heard it ;•) Space company was funding the jail, as research for long duration space missions. A viable option for massiv tax savings. But its only soft SciFi. It _could_ become real within 20 years: in 2044. 🚀🏴‍☠️🎸

This movie is closely based on a true story. I was the first cop killed in the opening scene. I reincarnated recently and KZfaq's AI showed me this. Now I understand. Thank you for posting this !

I love this flick. It's stupid, completely unrealistic, ignores the laws of physics from the revolver that carries nearly 30 rounds to the fact that they some how have gravity in outer space...when they need it...and no gravity when they need that. But aside from all those technicalities, its just a fun watch.
