Yes, it's not "How Good is Tantu Totem" we already know the gear is amazing. There are two reasons for this, first, you generate 35% Power every time you tag in, NOT modified by Killer Frost. Second, if you knock an opponent out with a Special 1 or 2, you are refunded the whole cost. Supermoves do not count, but you can use this gear item to pull off Supermoves a lot easier, great for taking out pesky Dawn of Justice Batman, Rebirth Wally West, or Injustice 2 Superman.
