@@gtanusetiawan I do believe that she did mention Mikochar and Mikozaku. The blueprint depicts Miko wearing parts of Char's custom red (arguably salmon pink) Zaku. Essentially, Miko's one-upping Pekora by becoming a gundam musume. I think the blueprint is from the twitter of a pixel artist the girls go to for stuff like that. I think the pekodam and the blueprint for the mio/miko art piece are from the same artist.

I am thinking it is possible to create a pekodam that hovers up and down using flying machines. But you need to build the redstone circuit using only movable blocks and it needs to be compact enough to fit inside.
