wow thé song by christina perry really moved me, it used to come on a lullaby station when i’d put my kids to bed during a very difficult and stressful time in my life. and here i am a few years later and i have made it through those difficult times and now i know that we were all loved during those years even though i felt so alone. i hope for everyone to feel loved and know that they are not alone.

Keep voice pitch/volume same. Keep feather. How exactly does the burning paper stick clear stuff? Vibes you put off strike me as genuine. I'm super conflicted about liking this, but it sends me to sleep effectively.

I'm so happy this helps you to sleep! Trust me, I understand the hesitation lol. I used to be conflicted about some of the more "woo" stuff as well, but what can I say? Now I love it haha. And to answer your question - Palo Santo (the stick) comes from a tree and has been used for centuries by the Incas and Indigenous people of South America.
